Appreciate the spirit behind this, but would argue that the best launches are designed to learn what it takes to decide what to do next.

Launch > no launch.

Well-designed launch >> any launch.

Best way to learn what to do next is from your customers.

By all means, design the launch well but don’t overthink it.

Better to execute while motion.
